Hi, I’m Erica McColl.

I am so happy you’re here! My passion lies within living life to the fullest, and striving to be the best version of me, while helping others do the same.

My professional background consists of an undergrad degree in Psychology, Masters degree in School Counseling, with a PPS credential to practice in the state of California. Additionally I hold an Administrative credential in Educational Leadership in both the state of Ca and Washington. I am an educator by trade, and enjoy working with all ages from children to adults.

I have taught Mindfulness Courses since 2018, when I was certificated through Mindful Schools. I have taught children as young as 5 years old, and adults of all ages.

I have a deep appreciation for Support Groups, and have been facilitating since 2016 when I was certified as a group facilitator as well as coordinator.

In 2018 I became a Trainer of Trainers in Trauma Informed Practices and have facilitated various workshops and presentations supporting individuals and groups.

My Approach

I believe our mental well-being is the catalyst for our overall happiness and quality of life. Unfortunately, our Mental Health services and providers are overwhelmed, under-staffed, and generally under-resourced. My approach is to support your journey to a better self with support, guidance, and community. Disclaimer:

I am not a medical professional, nor a licensed therapist. The courses and groups provided are for general support, serious health conditions should always be addressed with a medical professional.
