Intro to Mindfulness
Join this 8-Week Intro to Mindfulness course to build and strengthen your own practice of Mindfulness. Each class will be 45min-1hr in duration with guided practice and journaling.

Youth Support Group
8 Sessions/Topic: General/Sharing
Group will meet bi-weekly for 4 weeks
In this Support Group children will build skills in the areas of social and emotional wellness, gain positive coping skills, build friendships, and strengthen emotion regulation. We follow a curriculum that allows participants to share as little, or as much as they want. A great opportunity for children to socialize, build relationships, and gain valuable life skills such as listening and understanding.
Military Spouse Mindfulness Course
This 8-Week course is very similar to the Intro to Mindfulness Course, but specific to our Military Spouse community. Join this class to strengthen your own practice, all while building community with people who share similar stories.
